The past decade has had a devastating impact on Africa’s health landscape.
We witnessed a series of fatal medical outbreaks like HIV aids, Ebola, and most recently Corona virus pandemic. Africa like all sister nations of the world have been negatively impacted and public health systems put to greater test than never before. In our business focus area we witnessed increasing cases of evacuations which were equally disrupted by covid 19 travel restrictions much to the detriment of desperate patients seeking treatment outside home countries.

Our company’s activities have equally been constrained by these unfortunate circumstances.
Our MEDEVAC top up plan has proven to be of great value to members subscribed with us. We are beginning to receive positive market response from members who have already started using the benefits of MEDEVAC in travel logistics assistance much to the delight of our clients. We have re-branded our company name from GBC International to 24/7 Assistance co. heralding a significant transition of the company expansion. We are leveraging other assistance services verticals to extend to our citizens.

To this end, 24/7 Assistance will soon launch a Road assistance /Auto Salvage business venture. This initiative is for us particularly exciting as it’s meant to empower individual entrepreneurs (small businesses) through a driver owner scheme to join the franchised model of our envisaged fleet of first responders. Our chaotic roads have claimed thousands of innocent lives through vehicle accidents and pedestrian fatalities.
